As you relax on a floaty thinking about your amazing life, you admire the recent upgrades your wonderful husband agreed to do. The new pavers surrounding the pool, stucco repair and exterior paint were worth it. You hate to admit it, but the cool coat, moisture barrier, and 5 year warranty were worth it. You are so grateful right now that you purchased this home.
