The Guides to Orange County Cities

The Orange County Real Estate Report covers the real estate market for the cities and towns between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.

The Report has two major parts: the first consists of the information and statistics that doesn't change too rapidly, such as the descriptions of the cities, school information, population, median family income, etc; the second section, is the real estate information which we update on a monthly basis, average sales price, unit sales and trend charts.

The City Guides provide an overview of each city, links to related web sites, demographics and other statistics of interest. The city guides are accessed on the menu to the right. We cover the communities of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Irvine and Mission Viejo.

Our Home page is the gateway to the real estate trends for each city. The Report features statistics and commentary on the current market, Annual Trends and Future Trends. It also features the latest California Association of Realtors press release.

The Schools section has a page for each city which includes the school districts, test scores and schools within the city. Links are provided to all districts and schools that have their own web sites.

Orange County is one of the fastest growing counties in California. Companies are expanding and moving into the county. We have provided a series of relocation articles and sites to assist families with the myriad details involved in a move.
